You can for the same amount of Splenda sugar substitute in a recipe. Search Splenda for baking in the bakery course. They even have a version of brown sugar.

1 1 / 2 cups - 6 cups flour
1 1 / 2 c. Tea baking powder
3 ounces - 1 / 2 cup butter or margarine
14 tablespoons low-calorie sweetener Splenda
Milk 5 fl oz
2 tablespoons honey
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla tea or 1 vanilla bean seeds scraped out
4 oz - 1 cup blueberries or other pears peeled cored and finely chopped or strawberries topped wash and chop finely. Choose one of the fruits.
Method
Preheat the oven to 210C - gas 6
Put paper cases into the baking dish. That makes 9 cupcakes in muffin size cases of paper. No more filling out, but prefer smaller cupcakes, so I have room for a supplement.
Flour and baking powder and set aside in a bowl.
In another bowl, margarine or butter with the Splenda and honey, beating until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Add half the flour mixture to the mixture of all others, and milk. Stir well. Add the remaining flour mixture.
Add fruit of your choice and mix gently.
Pour batter into the mass ors Cup event.
Put in the oven in the upper half of the furnace.
Bake 15 minutes. Do not open the oven until the biscuits are now or collapse.
Check whether they are made.
Stick a cocktail in the wood when it comes out clean, they are made. Touching the surface of a muffin and is elastic to the touch, has done it. Please give us more time in the oven. Depending on the size of 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove. Cool on wire rack.
Then, raspberry with cream cheese and lemon.
Lime Cream Cheese
Take 1 tablespoon low-fat type on each cupcake and cream cheese in a bowl. I added the juice of half a lemon, finely grated rind of half a lemon and 2 tablespoons Splenda. I mixed well and spread on each cupcake and cover with a raspberry. It was bitter, refreshing taste.
