Custom Made Real Estate Signs Real Estate Agent Is CRAZY!!?

Real Estate agent is CRAZY!!? - custom made real estate signs

Okay, so I bought a new house and estate has gone crazy. I have for 2 months and I signed a contract with this remedy, but I want to go. The last time we went in search of houses, told me that I hurry to make a decision and complained the whole time I was looking for. It's crazy to me and swore and phone calls without regard to the road and had a stop light and we went into almost a wreck. I told him that I will not sell a house. She said that I'll be able to for another 4 months more. I am of his bad manners, swearing and pushyness ill. I want to have built his own house, and she told me that if someone is selling this house sue me, me. What can I do to break this contract with this crazy too? I do not think I owe him anything because he has not done anything for me because they found me a house and I refuse to travel with him to see it because I did not hear fear for my life and my mouth. HELP!

Oh, wow, I really feel for you. Brokers should be patient, because buying a house is an important decision, and it is normal to want to take your time to shop. It is likely that resulted in our agency looks crazy back home a few months before we are at one end, but it was very nice to me.

Anyway, I know nothing about laws and procedures for real estate agents, but the first thing I would do is, if there is a kind of accreditation or licensing of Office and the call, they complain about their behavior and see what next to do. One might think that unprofessional, erratic and dangerous behavior is a breach of contract. If you are a lawyer, call him also know your rights.

It is likely that they fear losing their business, and can not be pursued as a threat to you or not able to take another broker for 4 months of use too. I'm probably wrong, but that will depend on what the contract.

If you can guarantee your unprofessisional behavior in some way, it would be useful for you.

I am very curious to know what there are other answers to this and wish him luck. Buying a house is very stressful and does not need a case of nuts together to add tension.

Explain the situation, your broker owner. Tell them that you want, and believe me, you leave. Any agent who asks a buyer, a commission is a bad reputation and nobody would use it. They and their representatives want neither. You can also can help themselves to the Department of Business Law.
Good luck and drop this agent.

This scenario seems to be what Jerry Seinfeld made his brokers. There was a buyer agent found a house and showed the agent his wife. She called her real estate agent to make an offer because he wanted to buy a flat immediately. The agent has not answered, because it does not work that day, so he made the offer without it and refused to pay the commission because he wanted to make the bid. Ultimately, he was responsible, because it was his agent and is now over 150k. I want to announce an agreement with the landlord that it is completed within 4 months after purchase plan contract sought. One thing you can do is find someone else in your family pay for the purchase of property and the approval of the loan, taxes, etc. to get. During the transfer of ownership to you after 4 months. Technically, you can not complain because you have no title.

Legally obligated to pay both have a contract. I urge the Commission to the homes in your state and ask to speak with someone in the legal department. There you get a very good (and free) advice. On the one hand, it seems that it would take some time, shows that households and would be ashame if they are not paid for their time. He also noted that the house you're looking for, and was very rude, why should I pay? I see both sides of the story, but if I were you, I want to do. The person with the answer that you can do to the agreement without having to pay the legal department of real estate in your State Commission will be broken.

Hope that helps, good luck!

Never give anything with money, without legal assistance. If you have a copy of the agreement it has with this woman, please see a lawyer, that "s validity. Then, act on their advice.

Contact Estate Agents Association. Call to another real estate agent, to the number if necessary. Explain the situation and ask how to submit a complaint? They should not be borne.

I think the parties have signed a buyer that essentially says that you can use any other broker, including sound, for a given period. This is commonly included, even if you were buying a house, found that during this time that they should be compensated for this. Since I am not the talk of the contract he signed with the broker know, I do not know exactly what he promised, "" her. Do you understand what you decide to rent the real estate agent and any time you can terminate the contract and basically the "fire" her. Talk to other brokers and may declare the termination process in detail. You should be nothing wrong if you buy a house that showed him.

If they make such threats and to give this problem, I suggest that you put together your listing agent and explain the situation once again its desire not to work. If the officer is qualified (hopefully not), then contacted the local Board of Realtors and jump on it ASAP!
