Stiff neck???? - stiff neck metronidazole

Ok So if I sing for a stiff neck, but not in my throat, I noticed that even if I do not sit here and tap to sing, to breathe and my throat feels tight as the right to equal e sid. When the song this pain in the neck is stiff feel that my voice will not bite or anything, but that is normal

Just because it hurts when you sing, does not mean it causes. They say it hurts when writing about. How far is the keyboard? And the mouse? Both should be situated so that your arms off the shoulder and elbow flexed at an angle of 90 degrees or slightly greater than 90th Where's the monitor? If you normally sit with good posture, you should be at the top of the screen.
If you are a musician like me, you use your computer for a lot of things musical ... I compose, I have to practice and learn, with a piece of music. The more I blog and answering questions on Yahoo! I must be careful in my ergonomics.
Look out for regular breaks track, both in language and computer.

No, not normal. If you are a teacher, who needs it, or her. If you are also a mirror and you see when you sing and see if you everything you need to be adjusted to be found. The Feldenkrais Method can help you with your problems. I'm not trying to sell you something, but it is really useful for people with problems like yours. GO feldenkrais resources.
